Looking after your mind is just as important as looking after your body, and doing it in community makes all the difference. The Bondi mental health clubs listed here create welcoming, judgement-free spaces to connect, move, and talk — supporting wellbeing through regular, friendly meet-ups.
Connection is one of the strongest protectors of mental wellbeing, and these clubs are built around it. Bondi's mental health and wellbeing groups offer a space to show up as you are — to share, to move, or simply to be around others who get it. Regular meet-ups turn good intentions into real, sustaining routines.
Formats vary — some combine gentle movement or walks with conversation, others centre on peer support, mindfulness, or simply community connection. The common thread is a safe, welcoming environment with no pressure to perform or overshare. Each club's card describes what to expect.
Sessions run at a range of times across the week, from morning meet-ups to evening gatherings, so you can find one that fits your routine. Check each club's card above for the current schedule.
These community clubs are a wonderful complement to professional care, but they're not a substitute for it. If you're struggling, please reach out to your GP or a mental health professional — and in a crisis, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14. To join a club, follow it on Instagram for details and meeting times.
